However, we know that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary, and we will do everything we can to make sure you love what you have. If you are entirely not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help

  • Please contact us either on phone or though email and provide the Order id details. Alternatively, you can click on the Return Order link in the footer and fill the required details.
  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Return Order link. Once the item is received at our center, it takes 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and show up in your account
  • You can return in 7 days after date of delivery, but under the condition that Bells and Whistles customer care  is intimated within 48hrs of delivery of the goods to your address.
  • If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at support@bellsandwhistles.in with your order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. 
  • Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. If you need to contact Customer Service, please provide the tracking number in order to track your package delivery

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refund get processed and credited to your account within 5-7 business days.
  • Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  • Please contact us either on phone or though email and provide the Order id details. Alternatively, you can click on the Return Order link in the footer and fill the required details.
  • If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at support@bellsandwhistles.in with your order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect.
  • If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  • If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be returned within 7 days. You can return in 7 days after date of delivery, but under the condition that Bells and Whistles customer care is to be intimated within 48hrs of delivery of the goods to your address.
  • The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer. .
  • The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.

CLAIMING REFUNDS:

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking or Virtual Wallet.

  • As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.

Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transaction.
